We do what we say.....

If you read the following phase , please  think about it and judge whether it is the same or where are the differences “  We do what we say , We say what we do “. On the surface, they are same but think about it and find the difference … pause for a while before you read my argument.

When we say “ We do what we say “,  this means that we have fulfilled our promises or our verbal commitments.  We have delivered the things that we say we will deliver.  We are honorable and creditable in our words and action.

How about “ we say what we do” ?  In this respect, there is a range of interpretations. We can say what we do briefly , correctly , excessively  and rhetorically.  We can even say it  in a way to confuse , to provoke or to convince. The way of delivery will depend on the words we use, the tone we say it  and the sequence we say it.  It can paint a very accurate picture in our head or a false explanation of the things we do.  This result will depend on the power of the speaker and his intention.

We live in a illusionary world and what we see may not be the truth or the actual fact.  Our eyes and thought could confuse us  and give us the wrong picture.  If  our sight can still betray us than what about the words we use to deliver our message on the things we do?  It could be even more manipulative and evil.

We have to ask more questions and do not hesitate to listen more or see more or read more  to satisfy ourselves that people are saying what they do  and do not have the intention to fool us into believing.  Believing is something but the seeking the truth is another. Don’t jump to conclusions or act hastily based on explanation by others . Take time to seek , know, inquire  and only then we accept what other people do.

Namaste.
