Can age be just a number ? Aging is real.

Ever since I took up Yoga, I have the perception that age is just a number.  I have seen  plentiful of “youthful” old  Yogis performing their yoga routines with vigor and strength.
I was convinced and I was determine to emulate.

In real life by practicing yoga, we can regain some of strength and flexibility in our joints and this is only in the initial phase.  We feel good and our mind is very clear after some years of practicing Yoga. However, some part of our body still deteriorate with age. For example, the sagging skin on some part of our body, our tooth, our eyes and our hair.  The parts that are without muscles and which we cannot exercise.

The uneven aging in our body make us look funny in certain ways.  We can have strong body muscles but sluggish skins , we can have youthful face but we have white hairs and our tooths will start to fall off and decay or eyes will go blur.

So, my conclusion is that we need other supplements or herbs to maintain or reverse those body parts that cannot be touch by yoga exercise.  We start to look around for anti aging food like TRI, Noni juice or hycoflex, etc. There are a lot of promises in these herb supplements but in actual fact , there is no guarantee of  a cure or solution.

Frankly speaking, finally all of us still age and die. This is an unavoidable end and the yoga exercise and the herb supplement is only delaying the aging. We can only look good on extended time. This extension of youth and vigor is worth all the pain, troubles and money.  The feeling of living longer a longer while is really an achievement and part of living happily.

There is a saying “ It does not matter how long we live but rather how well we have lived”. Yes, Yoga and the herb supplements  will help us to live better and a sense of how well we have lived.

Namaste.
