The battle of the " Hiangs" biscuits in Penang

War of the three kingdoms The epic of the "San kor" or the romance of the three kingdom is a very famous history  where three warring states capture the history of  China at a particular period of time. Using the situation during this period, the heroes are identified according to their characters are the good ,the bad and the ugly.  Come to present day in Penang , there is a biscuit war and it is the battle of the "Hiangs". Earlier , I have posted an article on the battle of Ghee Hiang and Him Hiang biscuits and both have expanded  and capture their own markets and also have their own followers. Surprisingly.  Now there is a third force and the brand is "Ban Hiang". The third  brand " Ban Hiang " is occupying strategic locations and it is available at the air ports and it has started to gather their own followers.  Recently, my friend from Singapore have requested this special brand and they told me that the taste and texture is better . I am wondering where is the difference and to my surprise , each brand have their specialty and more variety is coming into the market.to capture the taste of the tourist and visitors to Penang.
