Figment of our imaginations Most of the times when we do a job , we try  our best and we hope to receive a pat on our back from our boss or our peers. Time is very valuable to us and we wanted to be appreciated. However, we receive a thank you but ...... message, we get upset . The appreciation is not full. We encountered many such incident In our life and we feel disappointed. But getting an appreciation from others as a recognition , is it so important? Yes, it is our ego which needs to polished. If we are wise and aware of our ego. It is not so hurt as long as we  recognized that it is a job well done and we feel satisfied and fulfilled. I said it many times and I want to say it again ' a praise is like a perfume' which passes with time.  It is again how we trained our mind and choose the thoughts and change it at will and we will be alright and happy. If we think positive   Good things will happen to us. Namaste.
