Double talks in Malaysia

Double talks - Malaysia

Pakatan is organizing another 505 protest in KL and the BN government is suggesting the rally organizers  to use the stadium instead of a Padang in KL But Pakatan refused to accept the option. Rafizi said that they wanted to rally under the Peaceful Assembly Act and already informed the Police of the rally but the owner of the Padang which is City Hall have not approved the use of the land for rally on the 22nd of June. Pakatan have vowed to go ahead as they feel that the people have the right to gather anywhere they like after giving notice to the Police. It will be another head on clash between the rival parties.

Another interesting development in UMNO is their party poll at the end of this year. Despite many calls for no contest for the top two post , there is an indication that Tengku  Razaleigh will be mounting
a strong challenge for the top post. This possibility will be an interesting contest。If he wins the  contest ,there is a good chance for a national reconciliation  between the BN and the Pakatan parties. It will be a happy day for all.

In the shadow, we have Mahatir lurking in the dark and sowing the seed of hatred and on the authorities to stern actions against 505 rallies and crying that these protestors do not have major support.

During the post elections, there were many options and possibilities and it is still is as the events evolves into the future. In Malaysia , anything can happen and it is a land of   flexibilities .
