The natural healing body and the mind

  The natural healing body

Today. I read about the story of British gymnastic champion who recovers from the natural healing power of his body in the Star today. It is really an amazing story and also an inspirational and motivational one.

He recovers from a broken back , allergies and bad health by natural means . He change his mind from a " no" to a "yes" and yes for everything is possible. If he has not taken his stand then he will bed ridden for the rest of his life. he studied Bruce Lee's philosophy, practice yoga, study with natural healers, practice Steve Job's philosophy of keeping yourself slightly hungry, right food ,enough  rest and drink clean water to heal your own self. He believes that if the body is provided with the right conditions , the body will react and motivate its own healing mechanism to recover. Stress will release harmful toxins into your body and will damage your cells.

If we exercise constantly and keep our body trim and lean , it will be strong and firm to repel stress in work and in life. Other conditions as mentioned above will compliment this strong body condition to re-enforce the healing mechanism.

This revelation will really prove that there is an alternate means to just taking medication to cure sickness. Even under medical treatment , proving good conditions will help the body to heal faster.

A beautiful mind re-enforced a beautiful body and vice versa.

Namaste.

Extract:
Two-time British gymnastics champion Mark Skipper has overcome extreme adversity to achieve what doctors deemed impossible.
MARK Skipper’s life would make an interesting movie script.
A sickly child with multiple allergies, he was confined to bed most of the time. while other children were out at play. Among other things, he was allergic to nuts, grass pollen, dust and animals.
To make things worse, he was asthmatic and had severe eczema. He would catch every bug or cold in town, which often led to pneumonia and hospitalisation.
Then he broke his thoracic vertebra, became wheelchair-bound and was told he’d never walk again. He did – thanks to Bruce Lee.
