An occupied mind

A occupied mind .

When your mind is focusing on a problem, you will missed the beauty of the present moments. But if you focus on the present moments, your problems will go away or disappeared for the present moments.

It is very easy to say but your monkey mind needs to be trained and obey your mind. It is not easy to control the mind but it is not impossible. You have to start somewhere. How to train your mind if it is transparent and intangible? It does not matter where your mind is but you can feel and realized its existence.

One way to train your mind is following the movement of your breath. The "ins" and the "out". It maybe tough and rough in the beginning but the breath will refine itself if the technique matures. It will also slow in speed and your awareness of its existence will get very real. In this way and in a gradual pace, your mind will listen to you and you will realize your mind will only think the things you want it to focus on.

In this way, you have a attain a certain level of enlightenment and a high level of consciousness of your mind. If you can keep your mind in a level of non happiness and sadness, then you will eternally at peace.
