In a grey mood

A happy day to all. It is raining out there again. We are in the midst of a raining season and the weather is abit cooling but wet. Heard that the Penang bridge is closed for a few hours because of a marathon event. I will need to cross the bridge this morning to sent my May back to her University.  She is having a project meeting today. Well, that is the job of a father, going through thick and thin for someone you loved.

Well, I have not particular topic in this message except bits and pieces of my thoughts in a wet and grey morning. Last nite, I attended a birthday dinner for my 2nd sister at a nearby restaurant.  The food was so-so but the environment was abit noisy with am elderly christian  couple renewing their marriage vows with songs praising GOD and praying for a blissful life together Well, it is okay but it would be better if the group can arranged it in a private  room so that other people can have a nice and peace dinner.  Well, maybe, it is fault of the restaurant management for this inappropriate arrangement.

Recently, I have found that expressing our feelings through writing is a good way to manage our thoughts and while writing, it is like a meditation in progress.  We are also in deep thoughts,be focus and aware. We are linking up our heart to our mind and touch base with all our emotions and pressure points.. A total relaxation. Maybe, this is a good way to manage our emotional intelligence and to still our mind through one thought.

The book ," The Road Less Travelled" came to my mind and it has been nagging my mind to re-visit its content and to share its wisdom with all of you.  Basically, the message is to avoid travelling a path which is commonly travelled by the general public but to open your own path through this world.  The roads through life have been curved out and arranged by the billions of people before us and it is very normal for us to use this ready roads. But, these roads may not be what we want in life and don't hesitate to curve out a path of your own. Like a say before, we travel through this life but once. Use your own GPS to search for your own satisfying or enlightening path. Do wait , time flies and will be gone in a blink.

Namaste.
