'Take a heart as a dog' liver.'

'Taking the heart as  a dog's liver '

This is actually a Chinese saying which means that when we offer passionate and loving gestures but the receiver take it as a poison or a negative tone. So, in Chinese culture , we say that the person has treat a kind heart as a dog' liver.

The heart to a person is very precious and a human being  cannot live without  the heart . That means comparing a human being to a dog's life which Is low in term of value.

In life, there are many such occasions when a kind gesture is often mistaken as an attempt to hurt the receiver.  This misinterpretation could happen in many occasions especially the receiver is emotional or a pre-set mentality or having some past experience ,etc. the giver of this ' hearty' gesture is often hurt deeply as their intention have been taken wrongly.

This happening can turn into a face off situation if the giver gets agitated and upset or the receiver is still adamant and hold on of their belief or mind-set. It takes two to tango and a reconciliation can happen if two is willing to listen to each other. Very often, the self ego stands in the way and stop any reconciliation effort.

If the value of friendship or the need for each other is low or not existing , the need to reconcile is not even there and there is no need for reconciliation.

Often we asked ourself, what is the value of friendship or a relationship? Why a light wind can blow apart a relationship while.a typhoon cannot break a relationship?
This depends on the bondage or need or a strong foundation of the relationship which also depend on need and trust.

It is really a waste to see some good friendship or relationship is spoilt by some wrong words or some emotional outburst. Such happening can be avoided and the foundation of relationship can have a chance to grow stronger.

Namaste.
