What is GOD ?

Today,  Philippine President Durte criticize GOD as stupid and son of b.....h in a big catholic church which prompted wide spread criticism of him for his remark.  Someone pray for his sins and someone agreed with him on his perception of GOD.  He blames GOD for creating Adam and Eve and let them fall to their temptations.  Yeah , another straight shooting son of a gun.

Coming to think about it.  What is the image of GOD except that it has been imagined by writers of the bible or the church.  Have you seen GOD ?  Some people will answer, what you did not see , does mean that it did not exit. Just like the wind , you see not but you can feel it .  Yes, this remark is true. There are many things we did not see but it is there and we can feel it.

But does the feeling resembles GOD ?  Who created the human race ?  Did GOD create us in his image ?  In different religions , there are different version of GOD .  There is a Muslim GOD , A Chinese GOD,  a jewish GOD , etc . So many version and image of GOD.  So , do GOD exit ? 

The answer to that question is no there . It depends on the believers or for those who came in  touch with GOD or taught to believe in him .  GOD is not not one GOD , It maybe nothingness or in various forms.

Through the million of years, great teachers appeared at different times and different places and preach the existence of GOD and their followers refine their teachings or add , revised or modify their teachings to be more meaningful to the modern day people.  They imposed their thoughts and belief into the mind of the present people through their writings , teachings and lectures.

Yes, we are make to fear GOD.  This is belief is very good for a society or an establishment and provides some kind of rules , principles and guideline to the way we behave or live.  It is better than the time in Stone Age where we go around naked , dirty and without any guidelines in our way of life. We are animals then.

But come to think about it, are we happier at that time or now ?  Now life is so structured, established , routine and have a trend to follow. There are not so much freedom of expression or living in the way we like.  We live to the expectation of our society or establishment  and living out of it , means that we are not acceptable or a failure. Is it true that we need to live to the expectation of another person.  Why do other people have to judge us ?  We are we , our own self. An individual .

So let us  respect what other people think  or do .  Why do we need to change ourselves to live like other people do.  Do we need their acceptance ?  Just like President Durte of the Philippines , he can speak whatever he likes , why should we criticize him ?  Is he criticizing the believers ? If he do, what is wrong with that ? His thinking.

Just like what Dalai Lama says " if we cannot help others, do not harm them ".. you have all the rights in the world to do what you want but never create any harm to others in the way you act.
