My god-sister's daughter, Yin is back in Penang from Japan. I haven't met her since she came back from KL on Sunday. I was told by my sister that she has to attend a 49 days prayer session in a temple to ward away the ghostly spirit. Yeah, she suffers from illusion arising from depression many years ago. She is on medication and if she missed her medication, she could see ghost everywhere. In Malaysia, she sees local ghost and in Japan, she sees Japanese ghost. I thought she is well for awhile but sometime, she would call my sister from Japan and told her strange things. This women have been a burden to my sister for many years.
Is ghost real ? Yeah, you can feel it but you cannot see it. If you see it, this would be work of your unstable mind. I have heard of stories that people can see ghost everywhere and they are not scare of it. In Chinese, we call it "Yin-Yang eyes" ie the eye that can see both worlds. Well, people have also said that when your luck is low, these ghost will be visible to you. It maybe make-belief or real, it does not matter if you are not scare. Well, 49 days and on a half hour session. Ow! it sure takes a lot of determinations.
When we compare the two worlds, the human world is more cunning and snaky. Human beings are more frightening than ghost. For the ghost, there have no ulterior motives and they can only scare you but some human beings can trick and kill you without you knowing. So, why do we need to be scare of ghost when we can live among the evils of the human race.
As a short message, it is all in our mind. If we can still it, our awareness will improve and our life will be blissful, beautiful and happy.
