I believe nobody is perfect and we all have sin in one way or another. In Christianity, we must have God always in our mind and lustful thoughts is also sin. Buddhism talks about karma and the 8 fold path which calls for right action , right words and refrain from lustful thoughts. Why have the creator created man and women and they are so perfect for each other? Why then it is sinful to be lustful? Our creator have provide us a situation where our will is challenge daily in life. Looking at a women is lustful, so in some religion, they cover up their women from head to toe. See no evil, talk no evil and do no evil.
When a perfect healthy male and female grow up , their body ? When they are young , they do not know what is beautiful. They enjoy seeing strange things and enjoyed to be playful. As they grow, they want to look beautiful, perhaps from the influence from the Establishment. Then, they are attracted to the opposite sex and they grow fond of each other and eventually, they make love. Well, some religion do not condone pre-marital sex while others do not mention about it. But, extra-marital sex is prohibited in all religions. In some religion, it is punishable by death. Yes, all these are the creation to the learned people who want to have an orderly society. Otherwise, the human race will behave like animals , making love freely with whatever they come in contact. Is this mend to be or the creation of Man.
So, once again, is been lustful, a sin? If yes, by whose standard ? Human or our creator?
