Guan Yin , the great compassion
Lately , I have the chance to know what is Guan Yin ? People pray to Guan Yin, a Buddha for help as an almighty savior but the truth is Guan Yin represents loving kindness and the great compassion . Hence , to believe in Guan Yin is to believe in compassion and loving kindness. It is just a symbol but behind is the true representation .
Guan Yin's real name is "Guan Zi Cai" and it means " Look and relax". The real problem in this world is that we look and make a decision or a judgement which could be wrong and we suffer over it . Here , we should look and relax and dun let the false image disturb us. Relax until you see the real truth.
In life , we look and expect the thing to last for forever and we cannot change or die . This is a misgiving. We sit on a chair and we believe the chair will remained forever but one day the day broke down and we asked the question "why". There is no reason why and it is just that everything is impermanence and it is changing all the time . We just ignore this awareness. The life cycle of birth, age , sickness and death is obvious that everything is changing .the quicker we catch or adopted it is better for us.
For thousand of years , it has been taught and billions of people have gone through and why is the difference to us ?
Be aware , adopt and accept that we are going to die one day . It is not now but one day..
We are no different . Catch it ?
