It is not how much you do ....

I have read a very wise phrase and it kept popping up in my mind.  The Guru says : It is not the amount action you took but it is the deep feelings and experiences which will make your life fulfilling and complete.  Think about it , it is so true. We maybe traveling all over the world and  keeping ourselves occupied with activities superficially and drain ourselves tired , it will not help to make us happy.   All these are physical experiences and only appear happy externally.

Such activities is no meaning if it does not touches ourselves deeply. One good experience could achieve more than thousands or hundreds of activities we have gone through. So, we have focus and see what we want ie physical or mental happiness.

A few days ago, my niece were chatting on the I-phone . Some wants to go to Australia, one wants NZ and another wants Beijing .  So many diverse places of travel. One of them wants greeneries , one wants to see historical buildings like in Beijing. Each disagreeing with others on the places of visit. All of them have different desires and heart strings and how do we meet their expectations. Can one place settles for all request ? There is no way to meet all their request as each person have their own desires and needs.

Some people just cannot stop moving and they want to be on the move always to experience many things and events .  The more activities the better and it should be fulfilling.  Some really wants to quiet down to search for a deeper inner feeling. The need to find own self and the focus.  One simple thing ... slow down , layback and feel ... feel for yourselves which no amount of activities can replace such feelings.  The immense freedom of the mind , the ultimate.

It is not how much we have done but how well we have done it is a few ways that matters.

Namaste.
