Creating moments in your life

Very often we are engaged in our routine whether it is work , rest or doing the daily chorus. We forget that time is running past us fast. When we slow down and look up,  we can see a few white hairs and gradually, the number of white hairs increases as we look up a few more times.  Ow, this is  another CNY as the thoughts hit us.

If we are passing through our life this way without awareness and memorable moments , we are actually wasting our life away.  Every day, we are fire fighting or engrossed with unnecessary thoughts and troubles, we are struggling to breath after feeling choked by these wasteful moments.

Yes, I remembered and you also can remember  if you are a reader of my blog.  It is not how long we live but it is actually, how well we live and this criteria determines whether we have live a fruitful life or not.  It is the moments which we enjoy or felt thrilled instead of the rusty routines.  These moments are the breakout from the routine and having tried something for the first time.  The thrill of challenging the unknown and feeling alive.

My Yoga teacher puts it very simply , this breakthroughs in our moments can be attained through pushing our limits and breaking the limits of our complacency.  It can be felt like eating a fruit for the first time irrespective whether you like the taste.  It could be a strange kind of feelings but we have challenge it and the sense of fulfillment is there.

Like kissing your girlfriend for the first time,  travelling to a strange place for the first time or breaking out of your thoughts and your thoughts and attainment some moments of enlightenment.  The feeling and thrill will strike us automatically without forcing it .  The joy just oozed out and the sense of relief and fulfillment is there. Some people say that it is the "high" we can feel and it is not from drugs but naturally.

So, to my readers and I urged all of you to break free and touch different limits along the way and enjoy the moments you have created and let the joy flow.

Namaste.
