What can i do ?

There are times in our life that we cannot provide a solution to a problem.  It is not within our control or authority to save a situation.  We just have to accept and execute it.  What else can we do ?

It is so funny that we cannot change course or provide an alternate . It may also cause us more problem by denying the instruction from above.  The boss have the say and if we reject it , we also have to face the consequences.  It is better to minimize the damage around us. 

Nevertheless, it is painful and difficult to execute the instruction which could affect the livelihood of a staff.  It maybe his own doings but as a boss we have to take care of their welfare as well.  We cannot just do nothing and pretend as if nothing happens.  People's life will change and we will know whether it is for the better or not.

As Dalai Lama have said ' if we cannot help others, we should refrain from causing harm to them ". In this case, we are doing harm to people if we make decisions which affects them.  It is impossible to maintain the outcome not to hurtful.   It is a loss of livelihood and it is going to cause suffering to that person even if he has done something wrong.

When there is a landslide, it is better to taken care of your safety first , otherwise, by moving or taking action to save others , both of you could be hurt at the same time.  The outcome is not certain and the decision should be make as fast as possible because the landslide will be falling on top of us.

In this case, it is wise to get both hurt if the situation is not manageable or predictable.  One dead or two dead , is it a wise move ?  It is a senseless death if we make the wrong decision.  In such type of problem, it is better to save yourself and live the day.  At least , we can do some good in the future, if we service this ordeal. 

Coming to such situation, there is nothing right or wrong and it will depend on the interpretation of the situation.  Since , it is subjective to the situation , outsiders will not see the facts of the case and should not make any unnecessary conclusion which is not fair to the people involved in the situation.

Life have to go on despite some damages and perhaps , this happening could be a blessing to the person who is facing the problem. What come and go in our life must be dependent on the course of our life and our predestinated journey through life.
