Why are we taking life so serious ? It is only a dream or a movie . It passes on with time. Yes, be serious in our work or attitude is good but it may hurt other people. If we can do our work and yet , avoid the hurt to others , then it should be the way , right ?
Making our self prominent and looks good at the expense of others have difference degree of perceptions and judgment . Some people will drive themselves straight to the wall and die standing rather than still drive but avoid the wall. Even they don't care too much for themselves , least to care about others . This is so disgusting to be around this people who only care about themselves or be selfish.
This attitude maybe their only way to protect themselves and they are more important than anything else. This protectionist attitude could be as a result of bad experience or the influence during childhood. Something could have happen to them and this harden their survival attitude. Yes, this people needs help and most of all divine help. It will be difficult to change them or loosen them u p.
Recently, I have a discussion with my colleague of people having this difficult characters. The no nonsense guy or gal who can die hitting a wall because of their straight forward principles, We agreed that this people is difficult to change as there is a Chinese saying " the Empire is easily changed but for the character of a person would not move at all ". This teaching or belief is through thousands of years in China and it is very true until today.
It is very changing talking to these people who will tell you that they have to protect their jobs or their professionalism and will not bend for others. But, they can accept others from bending for them. This is the survival technique of this so called die-hards.
Talking them out of their opinion will be disastrous and self hurting because they will bite you back and making you feel low and hurtful. They make us look like a thief when what you wanted is a peaceful survival for all.
Yes, stop them and tell them that they can write whatever they want and let the situation control itself. Just leave them.
