TGF - it is here again.

Thank God , it is Friday again.  So many Fridays have gone but it is a day I look forward to as tomorrow and Sunday will be a rest day.  But , it will pass very fast like a blink of an eye.

Is it so fast ? Why not ? If you come back on Monday and look back , it is already gone. Faster than a blink of an eye. So we have to be aware that nothing stops for us.

At lunch time, a few minutes away.  I was resting my eyes and at this age , I have been working on the computer for many years .  My eyes gets tired easily especially having to read my messages in my hand phone . The words are getting smaller and smaller.  My staff told me to increase the fonts but there is a maximum size , otherwise, it will make reading very difficult on the small screen.

God or our creator have make our eyes reliable and long lasting . Otherwise, it could have been damaged long time ago.  Just imagine of using the computer for 30 years old more.  What can I do about it ?  It cannot be avoided as technology have advance so fast and now everything is compact and light.  This is the way forward I think.  Technology and artificial Intelligence will rule the future.

Talking about technology advancement , I was shock to see a video from Boston University and how they are using AI to do the manual jobs.  I could see some robots walking like a human being and lifting heavy things on a conveyor belt.  It is a shape of a dog or a human being .  I am sure that the shape of a human in a robotic form will come out one day and as years gone by, it will make to look more and more like an human being .  They will be able to perform all the human task except having a conscience. The conscience of what is right and what is wrong  and the six senses of a human being. The ability to smell, taste , see, feel , hear and touch .can only be to a certain degree.  However, the scope and possibility will limitless.

When we look at the " Transformers' on TV , we just take it as a fantasy but it will be real one day , when robot takes over the world. You will have driverless cars, flying robots , superman in a robot form and a Hercules , who can hold up heavy equipment or fighting in a robotic war. I just cannot visualize what the future might hold.

Not only the world is getting smaller, the sky will be crowded with flying robots while the roads will be filled by robots delivering goods to the people. There should be no danger except accidents because the AI will make the robots to avoid each other in their path.   It is just the mess in the sky and on the roads. Our future human beings will be useless and lazy while waiting to be fed or moved around in their daily routine.  There will be less and less of a physical challenge.

Nowadays, even medical examination can be done on-line and will X-rays in 3D and in colors.  All medication will be arrange and delivered by the computer and what we need to do is to wait for a short while.

Yeah, this is Friday... time to think and to be aware of what the future might bring.  It is scary and challenging as well to predict what the future might hold for us.
