The morning has broken - today
Today is a public holiday and yet I woke up at the same time on a working day. The routine of waking up at this time have set the biological clock in my body system. Sometimes, my body would be able to beat this alarm and I can sleep longer but most of the time , I have wake up automatically on the dot.
I have friends who have slept only for three hours since young and while struggling for a successful career and money and when they retire, they were control by their biological clock and most of the time, they could sleep more than three hours. As they get old ,the body needs more rest to repair or rejuvenate its worn out parts and they could feel the strain on their body. They need medical intervention to sleep or indulged in meditation to supplement their lack of sleep. It has become a disease.
The "King of Pop"" Micheal Jackson is an example and his body lack of sleep gets him into drugs to get enough sleep and the habit gets worst and worst which finally end his life from an overdose.
We must not fight against our body's natural needs and we have to follow nature's calls to avoid agitating the body for it to malfunction and develop into a disease.
Eat when you are hungry, sleep when you are tired, pee when you are full , drink when you are thirsty ,shit when your body calls for it, make love when there is a feeling with your partners , etc. These are the natural calls of your body for a release.
Live well, love your body, stimulate your thinking and breakout from your routine and brighten up your life.
