It is again the passing of another CNY, like all the previous CNY , a lot of hustle and bustles and lots of fire crackers. Time stops for no one and death waits for everyone.
During these few days, for those working people, after a few days, we are back into the working momentum and rushing to meet datelines and ensure all the deliverables. Life is a continuous flow of events and we can only stop for food and sleep. Really, it is a big question whether we are living the right way or fruitful way or a purposeful life. Who is to judge anyway.
There was a lot of chances to meet old relatives, old friends and making new friends and good food is abundantly available. Yes, a lot of chances to relive our memories or past experience.
According to the Chinese calendar , we have grown another year and we have wonder into the world of the water snake. There was a lot of rain fall lately and this is the symptoms of a water snake.
Day after day, the mood still prevail during this festive period and on last Sunday, it was the 8th day , the Hokkien New Year and I stayed up until 12.30 and have the prayer at 12 mid night to welcome the Hokkien new year. I could see alot of sugar canes at the altar of the Hokkien homes and it was the sound of fire cracker for the whole night and most of us were sleepy the next morning/
Yeah, lots of memories but another year will past soon. Live well, eat well and stay healthy.
